Came to fulfill an appointment even though his wife was in hospital (although I asked him not to). Gave me more information about my system and home than I could ever even begin to process. Took care of everything from start to finish including clean up. Did a lot of extra work that I didnt even ask of him. Handled a very complex warranty issue regarding my coils without any involvement needed on my end. I highly recommend this individual over any of the bigger companies out there. He his very knowledgeable and won't nickle and dime you.. he won't try to make you pay for repairs that you don't need. Super honest. I highly recommend him.
