Came to fulfill an appointment even though his wife was in hospital (although I asked him not to). Gave me more information about my system and home than I could ever even begin to process. Took care of everything from start to finish including clean up. Did a lot of extra work that I didnt even ask of him. Handled a very complex warranty issue regarding my coils without any involvement needed on my end. I highly recommend this individual over any of the bigger companies out there.
