Came to fulfill an appointment even though his wife was in hospital (although I asked him not to). Gave me more information about my system and home than I could ever even begin to process. Took care of everything from start to finish including clean up. Did a lot of extra work that I didnt even ask of him. Handled a very complex warranty issue regarding my coils without any involvement needed on my end. I highly recommend this individual over any of the bigger companies out there. I was using a... read moreLeroy is awesome to work with (no pun intended) on my air conditioning and heating needs. I was using a previous company and had issues that they could not identify. Leroy comes in and within a few minutes he identifies the issue and is working to get our unit working again. Identified issues with our coils and got them replaced while we were still under warranty. He is quick to respond to trouble calls when they arise.
